Discount Tire

Typically I don’t write reviews, but this one is deserved, definitely. The experience I recently had at Morse Centre (Easton) Discount Tires on a busy Saturday morning was first-rate in every regard. Customer service people were a sincere type of helpful and friendly. The tech who came out to talk to me was also good. The waiting room has to be one of the better ones in the country. Landscaping all around the area. In any case, the whole things caught me off guard. Very posexperienced

Today, I visited this place for tire replacement. I had bought two aftermarket tires and only needed mounting and balancing. As an international customer, I’ve always felt unappreciated and treated differently at various places, but this experience was different. I was treated with the same respect as a white person paying thousands of dollars. I was initially skeptical about getting service for tires I didn’t purchase from them, but they provided the best service and the best deal I could have ever gotten. They even have a cool place where you can watch the work they do. They’re also very professional and even torque the lug nuts, which is rare. This place is my go-to for all my tire issues. Satisfied to the fullest. Hats off to William (Bill), Alan and the staff. Cost: $73 total. Service: 2 tires mount & balance and all 4 tires free rotation.

Kemji and Henry were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Kemji was extremely thorough and accommodating as my vehicle has an atypical wheel setup. I also witnessed Kemji provide first class customer service to everyone who came in while I was there. If you're a car person you know wheel balancing is tricky and not always easy to get right. Henry nailed it! My car is now smooth as silk at all speeds. He also found a puncture and patched it free of charge. Never going anywhere else thanks to this awesome team.

Great price and service!! There should not be any reason you need to buy tires at Walmart, Sam's, Costco or even online. They do price matching (or lower in my case). Same day or next day appointment and tires are mounted in less than 1 hour. Plus, they offer alignment in the same appointment at very reasonable price.

Kenji is simply incredible. Very patient, knowledgeable, and kind. Easy to work with. Amazing customer service. I will be back, mostly due to Kenji’s customer first approach. After paying for service, I sat down knowing I made the right decision for my Tesla. Purchased: two Michelin Cross Climate 2. $549.99 out the door.
